The Coffee Export Process
A meticulous journey from volcanic soils of Indonesian archipelago to premium roasteries across the globe.
Selective Harvesting
The journey begins at peak ripeness. Our partner farmers hand-pick only 'cherry-red' fruits, ensuring a higher sugar content and superior flavor density. This labor-intensive selection process is the foundation of our specialty grade exports.

Giling Basah (Wet-Hulling)
This unique Indonesian processing method involves removing the parchment while the bean is still at 30-35% moisture. This results in the characteristic bluish-green color of Sumatra beans and provides a heavy body and low acidity sought by global roasters.

Drying & Triple Sorting
Post-hulling, beans are sun-dried on raised beds or mats to achieve export-standard 12% moisture. Following drying, we employ a 'Triple-Pick' manual sorting process to eliminate every primary and secondary defect, ensuring Grade 1 status.

Quality Control & Packaging
Every batch undergoes rigorous QC. We measure screen size distribution, moisture stability, and conduct sample roasts to verify cup profile before packaging for international transit.
